At Mindful Keiki, we dive into ourselves and explore what makes us human. We talk about all of our emotions and healthy ways to express them. At Mindful Keiki, we dive into ourselves and explore what makes us human. We talk about all of our emotions and healthy ways to express them. We experience the world through our senses, and connect with our minds and bodies in the present moment. We cultivate kindness toward ourselves and others and partake in gratitude practices. We are giving the next generations of Hawai’i the tools to lead productive and fulfilling lives.
Single or weekly mindfulness sessions are available, inquire for pricing and scheduling. Each session can range from 30 min to an hour depending on age. We work with ages 4 to 16. Parent and child sessions are also available. Sessions are held up to twice a week, and we can meet at your house, a nearby library, park or beach.

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. When we are mindful, we appreciate everything life has to offer without being overly reactive, judgemental, or overwhelmed by our environment. Mindfulness is an incredibly useful skill that when cultivated, can change how you and your child experience each moment of your lives.
