At Mindful Keiki, we make mindfulness fun for kids! Through exciting games and interactive activities, our sessions help children sharpen their focus, handle big feelings, and discover calm in a way that feels like play. We are giving the next generations of Hawai’i the tools to lead productive and fulfilling lives- wrapped in adventures
At Mindful Keiki, we make mindfulness fun for kids! Through exciting games and interactive activities, our sessions help children sharpen their focus, handle big feelings, and discover calm in a way that feels like play. We are giving the next generations of Hawai’i the tools to lead productive and fulfilling lives- wrapped in adventures they’ll love.
Single or weekly mindfulness sessions are available, inquire for pricing and scheduling. Each session can range from 30 min to an hour depending on age. We work with ages 4 to 16. Parent and child sessions are also available. Sessions are held up to twice a week, and we can meet at your house, a nearby library, park or beach.

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. When we are mindful, we appreciate everything life has to offer without being overly reactive, judgemental, or overwhelmed by our environment.
